Around thirty feet with their microphones in a square of some m2 bounded on the ground by the black adhesive tape, the discreet sound system which diffuses a compilation of modern pop, combining titles of Shirley Bassey, MGMT, Björk or Anthony & The Johnsons. Around thirty inhabitants enter the square and interpret in playback songs.

WCBH is a gesture, an act realized by a group of persons who have the desire to gather and to celebrate this gathering. A concerted action, in the glances of all. A generous, ironic and joyful movement, a federative act.
